How to Prepare Grapes for Jam

Making grape jam is a delightful way to preserve the sweetness of summer for year-round enjoyment. 1. Selecting the Right Grapes

The first step in preparing grapes for jam is selecting the right variety. For the best results, choose ripe, juicy grapes that are free from any signs of spoilage. Red, green, or black grapes can all be used, but it’s important to note that the color of the grapes will affect the color of the jam. 2. Washing and Sorting the Grapes

If they don’t move, your jam is ready to be stored.
