How to Share a YouTube Video on Instagram
In today’s digital age, sharing content across different platforms is essential for reaching a wider audience. One of the most popular social media platforms is Instagram, which allows users to share photos, videos, and stories with their followers. If you have a YouTube video that you want to share with your Instagram audience, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it.
Step 1: Open Instagram and Log in
First, open the Instagram app on your smartphone and log in to your account. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Go to Your Profile
Once you’re logged in, tap on the profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.
Step 3: Create a New Post
On your profile page, tap on the plus icon at the top right corner to create a new post. This will open the camera screen where you can take a photo or video.
Step 4: Choose a Video from Your Gallery
Instead of taking a new video, tap on the gallery icon at the bottom left corner of the camera screen. This will allow you to choose a video from your phone’s gallery. Scroll through your videos and select the one you want to share on Instagram.

To let your Instagram followers know that the video is also available on YouTube, you can tag your YouTube channel in the caption. Simply type in the “@” symbol followed by your YouTube username and the channel name.
